Les Séparatistes respects your privacy.

What we collect: your name, email, shipping and billing address, and order details when you buy or contact us; basic browsing data via cookies. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (PayPal, and Shopify Payments where enabled); we never see or store your card details.

Why: to process and ship your orders, respond to you, meet our legal obligations, and, only with your consent, send occasional updates.

Who we share it with: only the providers that run the store: Shopify (hosting), Printify and its print partners (fulfilment), our payment providers (PayPal, Shopify Payments), and shipping carriers. We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies: used for your cart and basic analytics; you can control them in your browser.

Retention: kept only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Your rights (Law 25 / PIPEDA): you may access, correct, or ask us to delete your information, or withdraw your consent, by emailing us. You may also file a complaint with Quebec's Commission d'accès à l'information.
